PokerStars Making Moves to Real World Gambling

PokerStars has been moving into the real world gambling market with what may be a series of moves. Fast on the heels of New Jersey’s Gambling legislation, they are in negotiations to buy the Atlantic Club, one of the 12 New Jersey casinos that would be allowed to operate in the online gambling marketplace once the law goes into effect.  Now there is news being reported by Forbes that Caesar’s Entertainment Corp. has offered to sell the Rio and the World Series of Poker to Poker Stars.  There seem to be quite a few legal hurdles to get over for either of these deals to actually happen, but if they do, PokerStars will be a real force in the industry.
