I just got into online poker in the last month or so. A friend of mine told me about Hollywood Poker and I got hooked on the free games. It did not take me long before I started to play for money. I'm a better poker player now than before and I think a lot of it has to do with Hollywood Poker.

This site is the BEST online poker site I have played at. I actually got to play poker against celebrities!! I played against Vince van Patten and Scott Baio! The best part about it was I WON!! I took 10 bucks off these guys...might not be much but it was a GREAT poker experience.

Had a great time on this site, even played poker against James Woods. I'm a poker noobie so I was very nervous sitting in with real players, much less a celebrity player like James. Actually, at moments I was completely at ease, as James started offering me tips - even showing his cards at the end of the hand to help me out.
I recommend anyone who enjoys poker give Hollywood Poker a try - you might even find yourself playing with James Woods too...what a great time :)

I played at a WPT celebrity tournament here on the weekend. Didn't win, but I had a lot of fun losing...and is that not what man dreamed of when he first looked at the stars!?
Seriously, though, I really really wanted to beat Vince Van Patten. Maybe next time.
