The Customer Service is the worst of it's kind. If you want to get of hold of anyone, the only option you have is via email. Their respond time takes 2-3 business days. God forbid your having a promblem late friday night with a cash out. You will not see your money until next week (if your lucky).

They have worked through some serious problems caused by a software upgrade, other than that this is best poker site on line, graphics are fantastic, quality players, lots of promotions, customer support by email {only flaw, hope they add phone support}. Many games, micro limit 1cent 2cent up to $300 $600, the best sit-n-go structure I've found online, tons of ring games.

On three separate occasions I was playing tournament on Ultimate Bet down to under 20 players, once with the chip lead when my computer starts acting up and I get thrown out but I can see the other tables still playing no live support anyway my chips were blinded off and got no refund. They never answered e-mail or offer any explanation. If you have a problem with them you can complain to Kahnawake gaming which is a sham they dont answer e-mail or have phone either no record of them helping anyone but themselves to cash NO ACCOUNTABILITY

Ring game hold em is really where the numbers are at on this site. Best tournament structure. Average to poor customer service, although getting a little better.

Best software in the business to me! Everything pretty well done. Major flaw is customer service, no excuse for not having phone or live support in this day and age just trying to dodge their customers, and my emails sometimes went unaswered or took 24hours to be returned. Live support is crucial, you dont need it often but when you do your screwed if you dont have it.
